I have a new Sansung m30s.when I look through Settings/Lock screen & Security/Fingerprints, I am getting the error message "An error has occurred with the Fingerprint Sensor. If this message appears repeatedly, restart your device".

I reboot it but problem not solve and face same fingerprint issue.

A last resort would be to back up and factory reset.
