Does Anyone know how to fix this?

My samsung when I played a game showed a message 2 times like this: "O2-UK: your balance is now random" or something like that, I didn't even top up my phone, call or text anyone, does anyone know how to fix that?

That normally happens after I call or text but I'm not doing that, what??

Does the game have in app purchases 🤔 

I used to get this as I'm on o2 Payg which i changed via the o2 support pages or ring o2 customer services on 4445 to turn off the notification.
