wifi calling s21 ultra

Hi can any one help got my s21 ultra today tranfered all my stuff from s20u but soon as i put my sim in the new phone iv got no wifi calling and cant find it in any settings or though the phone dailer and the 3 dots way was working fine on the s20u also tried taking the sim out and restarting the phone

I decided not to bother calling Vodafone as I know they'll say it's because I bought direct.

i had the same problem last year with them in the end i gave up cant see why it shouldnt work its been fine on my s20u but i cant remember how i did it all i did was take the sim out and put it in the new one also says its on in my vodafone account ...iv got unlimited minutes any but in some rooms in the flat signal isnt good so thats why i wanted it on ..ill give em a ring like you said ill leave a couple of days because i bet everyone with new phones today will be ringing up

im pretty sure i seen the icon before i put the sim in the s21u

The usual problem is getting it enabled here, but it's showing as provisioned. in this case, Vodafone appear to be blocking it their end.

if you get the right person who knows what they are doing it not 2 bad but most time there just numptys that have  not got a clue and then it just  winds you up

I am having the same issue and got this response on live chat after speaking to numerous people.

Vodafone do not block wifi calling and if you check Vodafone wifi calling page we clearly mentioned that we can only promise wifi calling on a compatible phone when it's purchase directly through Vodafone .

Please open Vodafone wifi calling page ... you will see list of samsung phone compatible with wifi calling ... S21 is not in compatibility list yet .. it could be possible because it's a new device Vodafone has not confirmation from manufacturer yet for wifi calling but I am sure it will be updated soon , however as I explained we can only promise wifi calling when phone is purchase directly with Vodafone and once we have settings for s21 for wifi calling we can send it to your phone to check if it works for your phone

cheers for the info thought it was down to voda  the only good thing if they dont sort it out soon my contract is up next month so will look to changing maybe to EE as my brother has the standard s21 with EE and his is working on wifi call

Rang them. Spoke to someone in technical and told them I had tried the text way of calling to 97888 and turned off and on again in account. 

I was placed on hold and the lady told me she'd used some device configuration software. As soon as the call was over, WiFi calling just appeared
