Are you using a 3rd party video player or via a streaming site @cameron2007
Try closing the app down and soft reboot your phone by turning it Off and then On.
If it's an app then also try clearing it's cache and data via Settings_Apps_Tap the app in question_Storage_ Clear Cache , Clear Data.
