I have often leaned towards Samsung when it came to buying a new smartphone. I even recommended the S21 to my dad and my little brother. I myself have the S20.
But later on I learn that they use two different chips, their inferior exynos chips for those of us in Europe, and their superior chips for those in the U.S. I feel like its unfair how Europeans end up getting an inferior product when paying just as much, if not more for the phones. I know some other countries get the inferior exynos too, but I don't know them all. I can only speak on what I know.
I get that it might be cheaper for Samsung to use their own chips in Europe, but that doesn't change the fact that even though we are buying the SAME phone, we are getting an INFERIOR product. How is this fair? How is this fair Samsung?
I feel like that's so disrespectful and I'm now at the point that if this is how Samsung is going to treat me as a customer, simply because I live in the EU, then I'll stop buying their products and I'll stop recommending their products to other people too. I'll switch over to Apple, Sony, Motorola or something else, not sure what, but certainly not Samsung anymore. It's practically a fact that we're going to get the inferior exynos version again and once that is official, then Samsung is dead to me.

We always get the raw end of the deal here in EU. The phone costs more here, and you get a worse CPU. Why Samsung? Why not offer us a discount on the lower performing CPU, or better yet offer the Snapdragon version. I'm researching phones and right now S22 Ultra isn't looking so great with it being over €1200 and has an Exynos CPU, where I could go on holiday to USA and buy a Snapdragon one and pay €300 less money.

I am so annoyed with Samsung, I thought I was getting a flagship phone by purchasing the s24 plus, just to find out that it runs with the slower Exynos 2400.
I just wanted to ask, WHY??????
I spent almost $2000 (Australian) on this new phone
Samsung, you really f ed it up this time, big time, i hate you
