Hi,

Why does Samsung use the Exynos chipset set in the UK/Europe but in Asia they get Snapdragon? Why does that tend to be the case? Why not just use the same chipset: Snapdragon? Thanks.

How about we swap it so the States/China have the Exynos and we have the Snapdragon. That would be a compromise.

Yeh. I'm not a fan of the Exynos chipset personally. Hence why I'm asking this question.

I think it should be swaped. The States/China can have the Exynos chipset and we can have the Snapdragon. That's a compromise.

S24 Ultra is FAR better than S21 Ultra. No comparison although some might question the photography possibly.
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

I've just seen this as I was responding individually.
Swap it around that is the compromise.

If it affects the battery, heating and performance then it is a part of the nitty gritty.
Just a thought.

I had a galaxy s22 ultra and it was a nightmare with exynos, swapped it 3 times and then i had to return it for full refund from Samsung

They should just ditch it full stop! Flagship phones should always come with Flagship chipsets. Samsung don't listen when people are saying they don't care if it's close enough to a snapdragon. Quality needs Quality end of. Look how many they sold with the S23 models all coming with snapdragon. We loved it.
