Hi all! Is anyone else with an s21 5g having issues with alarm clock not sounding after the recent software update?

Hey @Voom.

Make sure the main volume is turned up. Open Settings > Tap on Sound and vibration > Make sure Sound is enabled > Tap Volume > Use the slider to turn the volume up for System. If the issue persists, you may clear the cache data from the Clock app. Go into Settings > Apps > 3 dots (top right) > Show system apps > Clock > Storage > Clear cache. Now, open the Clock app > Tap on the alarm you created, and make sure Alarm sound is turned on. Also, tap on Alarm sound, change the ringtone, and ensure the alarm volume slider is turned up. Go back to the previous page, make sure all the days of the week are selected, and then tap Save.
