What's the most updated Samsung that won't get OneUI 7?

Any of the Ax2 devices (so a52 a72 those sorta phones)
The s20 also won't get it.

The Ax3, 4, 5 and 6 phones will get it along with the s21. Any phone older than those won't

I believe that would be the s20 or the note20 which has finished with its support for software. However during this time period between the s20 and the s21, samsung changed its standard support length from 3 years to 4 years.

Therefore the s20 and note 20 received one ui5 but not oneui6. The 3 year support stopped at ui5.

The s21 series is now in its final 4th year and has just updated to oneui7. S21 series had 4 years from 2021, and oneui7 is the last.

You.may be aware that the latest handsets such as s24 and s25 now get updates for up to 7 years.

Just as an extra comment, when the phone is out of its software support period, it will not get the security updates either. This brings into question the security when using things like banking apps and additional vulnerabilities such as viruses.

I hope this helps. From the earlier post, I know you have a dislike for ui7. So I do sincerely hope you find a solution to your problem.

A series goes like this

First number: how good/expensive the phone is. 0 is cheapest 5 is most expensive. Now and again a 7 releases

Second number: the generation/how new it is

Usually if the first number is 3 or higher the phone has samsung knox security. 2 and below usually don't have the extra security components. Meaning no samsung pass, no end to end encrypted backups and a few other things
