Hi , who's on vodaphone in the UK?  

How's the signal and download speeds? 

I'm with 3 uk but am sick of poor signal of late and the fact that they still don't support watch lte 5 years after saying they would ! 

I've looked into Ee but Vodaphone seem to have better signal out and about where I am .

I think it's pretty good. I don't do anything major (like streaming films) to really test it but I've been happy with it for the last few years I've had it. I was previously with ee who I didn't particularly rate

Hi - have been with Vodafone for around 12 years now and never really had any problems- just recently bought a Galaxy watch 3 lte ( not from Voda) and just called Voda to add it on to my phone plan - is an extra £7/mth and was set up and been working fine I also tend to buy my phones directly so am on a sim only plan with Voda and just check every year what plans / price they have available Have been happy enough with them that I have not thought of moving to another carrier
I live in a fairly rural area so we don't get 5g but.our 4g signal and download speeds are really good for us - but obviously will depend on where you are located - either check with someone you know in your area who uses Voda or you could get a pay as you go Voda sim from Tesco or somewhere to try in your phone to make sure you happy with the signal ( unless your phone is locked to Three ? )

Hi my phone and watch are from Samsung also so no worries with carrier lock .
I have a data sim in my work tablet on Vodaphone which always seems to have atleast 3g which I tether to so it makes sense to swop .
How's the battery life on your watch using lte ? Does it last the day ?

I think it would - if is in range of phone then automatically connects via the phone - if watch moves out of range of phone then automatically goes to stand alone. I am mostly retired so not out all day long only with the watch but based on the time I am out with only the watch am pretty sure it would last the day ( guess also depends how much call time you used ) Maybe also worth saying the watch in stand alone mode also connects quite happily to the hands free in my car

I use Vodafone Payg and o2 Payg.

These are in my Hybrid Dual Sim phone so I can switch from one to the other if for example data connection is poor in a particular area I'm in.

I've had no issues with Vodafone UK where I live.

However it's best to take a look at the Vodafone status-checker which gives an indication of what you should receive but isn't a guarantee.

Perhaps try a Vodafone Payg sim card in your phone and use it where you reside, commute and work etc to see how you go.

I moved from O2 to Voda check Carphone warehouse for deals with Voda

Carphone Warehouse can offer deals as they give some of the payment they get from the network for opening up a contract to the customer but do take into account You become their customer with Vodafone collecting payment and providing connection.

But certain discounts such as VEA Employers Discount isn't available to contracts not opened up directly with Vodafone.

I've activated esim with vodaphone and have now added esim for galaxy watch 3 , soo easy to do .
I'll let you all know how I get on !
