After the UI4 update (Android12) it is no longer possible to use fingerprint unlock if the device has Googles family link app installed and is managed using Family Link.
The Fingerprint Unlock option is 'greyed out'
I have tried dissabling, screen unlock, rebooting, re-enabling and scanning new fingerprints but the fault remains.
I have tried a full reset and enabling the the fingerprint unlock but same problem
Only works on my other S21 with the old Android 11

Click on the get help button
At the bottom of the page
