Unable to make calls using sim card brought from Nepal

I'm a frequent flyer from India to Nepal and vise versa. Hence, I keep both countries sim card inserted in my samsung Galaxy S20 FE device. I noticed that, from couple of months I'm not able to make outgoing calls from Samsung Galaxy S20 FE device. Same is working fine using other devices including basis button phones. Any idea if the Galaxy S20 FE is locked for using other country sim cards?

Hello @padamraj10 and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum Section for Uk and Eu Members 😀 

If the phone accepts the sim cards i.e shows a network connection then the phone isn't locked to certain networks. 

Do please double check the roaming settings in your phone and any other relevant settings. 

And just as a process of elimination speak with your neywork eleven though the sim js working in other phones. 

You can also send feedback via your Samsung Members App.
