Ultra power saving mode

I wondered if there is any chance  when s21+ is set to ultra power saving mode is there a limit in apps ok home screen.

It would be nice for more than 6 on the homescreen

This setting will have just the bare bones apps and settings to eak out as much battery as possible.
So will only have the most essential apps, and they will be limited as well performance wise.
It's the last resort, especially if you are on your last bit of charge
