Hi all,
I am logged out of my Samsung account and I can't logged in as I no longer have my old phone number to get through the two steps verification.
I have tried doing as suggested on the Samsung site: Settings, Accounts and Back ups, Manage Accounts, Samsung Account, My Profile.... thought you still need to sign in and it still requires two steps verification...
Also, I can't delete the account and put a new one on, as to delete the old account, you need to go through the two steps verification.
So please help me resolve this issue.
Thanks for your time.

Hi @monch9
This is one for our Accounts Team, we're afraid. You need to give them a call on 08009951079.
Hope this helps!

@monch9 There is a process for editing personal information such as phone number for 2 step verification,as long as you have the right email and password. can be done either via phone settings or on the web . see some information here https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-change-your-samsung-account-mobile-number-u...
However not guaranteed to work and you may need to contact the Accounts Team. However as far as I am aware they are only available Monday-Friday.
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.
