I have a new S21 FE that I bought from a second hand market. It was a brand new sealed.
When I turned it on, I got the message "that device has been locked as it was Reported stolen or lost "
But I can use the phone or I can put my accounts and everything on it.

It's been locked probably by a network or insurance company etc.
Chances of getting it unlocked will be slim. Be very difficult.
If it's been lock because of a finance non payment. Will need to try and find the original purchaser.
The other thing is if its from a third party seller. Is it even a phone from your region
Best advice is return it for a refund, and find another phone

Get onto the people you bought it from and ask why its been blocked. Then ask for your money back as its not your fault its been blocked.

@RyanTromp87 Certainly is a risk buying from 2nd hand markets and need to ask some questions , though of course even then no guarantees . Personally do not think it is worth it. I also think returning is your best option.
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

I called the customer service, and they said I need to go to a service centre. Because even if it stated that, but I can use it and everything, maybe it's a software issue.

Did you purchase it through Samsung?
A brand new phone wouldn't have this issue.
Like I say, send it back for a refund
You should be able to unbox it and just pop your SIM card in. Then just setup the phone

That's the thing. I did not buy it straight from the store ( samsung or online ) here in Netherlands. I bought it from someone, as it was sealed and with delivery note from Samsung Benelux.
It was sealed in box, with warranty seal intact. I turned it on, put my sim and started to set it up, and then that pop up came as you can see in the picture.
So even if it was stolen or missing I think I wouldn't be able to put my accounts ( google, samsung in it )

@RyanTromp87 How did this all work out for you?
I seem to have the same issue, and I'm wondering if it's even worth going through all the trouble to get rid of the message, since the device is working properly.
