text hyphenating when viewing websites

Why does the text not adjust in size and why does it hypenate when displaying websites - see examples on my Samsung S9+ and on friends Samsung S6?my S9+friends S6

Sorted... settings > display > screen zoom.... set to medium or low, not high... high triggers hyphenation etc...
