I've been trying to update my S21 5G for almost a year unsuccessfully. It downloads to 25% and fails. I just completely reset my phone to factory settings and it still won't download updates. I don't know what else to try. Please help.

Are you updating via WiFi or mobile network ?

Also could try updating via smartswitch if available.

I know it is crazy but the more Android you got messed up the more I advise you to factory reset and THEN big update installation
