Solved: Sound issues - Page 2

I'm having a terrible problem with my Galaxy s21 ultra sound. Whenever I play video or music through my loud speakers it is crackling to the point that I cannot listen to it. Same with video calls. Has anyone else had this issue? Any tips on a fix?

OMG thanks so much for this, I had the crackly/distorted top speaker problem and assumed it was just broken and I would need to get a new phone.

I dialled the test number, played sound through just the top speaker and it's now fixed! Thanks so much.
