Software update stuck s21 ultra

For some reason my s21 ultra is still stuck on Android 12 and one ui4.0

Can you post a screenshot of what your 'service provider software version' is under settings>about phone>software information

Your model number is for a US phone also, are you aware of that?

How do I go about this? I'm not even in the us

Where did you buy the phone from? Are you able to return it?

The phone will not receive updates outside of the US unfortunately.

That particular model is manufactured to be used in the US so will only receive updates in that region.

The European version of the S21 Ultra has model number SM-G998B.
