Samsung s21 ultra google needs previous owners info I haven’t got that helllllp

Hi there all my names Phil and I have been and brought Samsung s21 ultra secondhand unfortunately it has been reset to factory settings when I set up it asks for previous owners name email password and I haven’t got this does anyone have any information or ideas on this I would be very grateful thanks in advance phil

I'd send the phone back and get another.
If the phone wasn't reset correctly or was reported stolen. You will have very little chance of doing anything with it.

Nothing much you can do if you can't retrieve the previous owners details, ether send it back from where you purchased from or bin it.
