Samsung S21 problem

My phone won't connect to the WiFi. It keeps saying it turns on but never does I watch countless YouTube videos went to the phone stores and tried to see what the problem was but it still didn't help. 

I've restarted the phone and the network setting as well but the same problem is happening still.

Should I just get a new phone?

Can you try these generic troubleshooting steps please.

• Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too. 
• Safe Mode  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict.

I am having issues since last three days with certain apps not connecting via WiFi.

Like samsung members app community tab only works on mobile data but won't on WiFi.

Some others app won't even load on WiFi.

Even hard reset my phone to no joy.

I am now just waiting for some update to sort this mess out.

Try this and see if it helps your cause.


On your wifi router settings find ipv6 and if it is set to automatic either set it to pass through or disable it. Save the setting and then see if it helps your case.
