samsung s21 keeps freezing and restarting MAY 2023 update

Hi I tried clean cache and all other options but issue is still the same

I have seen a few posts with the same issue. Send an error report within the members app. Go to Support at the bottom send error report. Let developers know, could be a bug in latest update. You could also try wiping phones cache partition.

Power off your device, and plug into a pc, or use a set usb-c headphones. Simultaneously press and hold the Volume Down + Power buttons, when you see the Samsung logo release buttons. Use the volume buttons to navigate the Recovery Mode menu. Use the power button to select Wipe Cache Partition. Wait for the system cache partition to clear. You can also repair apps while in recovery mode. Also good to download is good guardians in the galaxy store. Run app booster.

They send me new update and i think it will resolve issue .
I suggest you to go to
Support
Send feedback
Report error
And then after 5 to 6 hours try restarting your phone and search for updates.

Hi bro!

I've been facing the same issue my phone freezes and then restarts and before a restart my sim signals also disappears!

I flashed(Odin) my phone then smart switch it again with same Sony phone but same issue occurred then i realize about smart switch that my previous phone sony had some 3rd party apps and also in device care ➡️ 3 dots ➡️ app history I found camscanner crash issue report so I deleted all those apps and luckily my issue got resolved! "
