I have a problem - my S20 ultra not ringing when I get a phone call (since last update).

I tried restart, erase phone app ...

Have anyone a same problem, solution?

I have the same problem after latest update...for me helped disable third party antivirus(eset) ...before update worked...

Are you using a stock Samsung ringtone or your own custom ringtone?

If it is your own custom ringtone, is it stored on your MicroSDXC card or on the device storage?

Unbelievable, eset deaktiveted and ringing is working. Thank you

ESET call filtering disabled on my S20 and ringing works again. I have submited support request to ESET to fix it. Thanks for help
