@Roch03: I'm not sure that anything can be done in this instance, unfortunately. If you were to reset your Samsung and Google account passwords, then you would be required to sign in to the accounts on your phone using the new details in order to utilise any online tracking features, which won't be possible if the device has been misplaced. You may still wish to try this as a last resort, or reach out to our Accounts Team on 0800 995 1079 to see if there's anything that can be done from their side.
