Hi my partner has lost his phone .. which has his Gmail and Samsung ID he has forgotten both passwords and can't retrieve has he has no phone so can't get to locate it at all and help in retrieving ID password can it be sent to another email address. Can't go on google find my phone as can't sign in forgotten password 😒on gmail helllppp

@Roch03: I'm not sure that anything can be done in this instance, unfortunately. If you were to reset your Samsung and Google account passwords, then you would be required to sign in to the accounts on your phone using the new details in order to utilise any online tracking features, which won't be possible if the device has been misplaced. You may still wish to try this as a last resort, or reach out to our Accounts Team on 0800 995 1079 to see if there's anything that can be done from their side.
