So lets begin first this service frp by imei removes frp via knox which is a big samsung vulnerability that they (samsung) not care off and only goes bla bla to its users. Maybe they earn from this too, who knows?

Not an issue that this removes frp from stolen devices in all london and whole world (seems pretty legal huh?) but now some kids (they not kids anyway) gets imeis of our phones and guess what they do? They enroll them all and when a legit customer buys the phone, it comes enrolled so they blame us already changed a lot of phones due to this and soon we will sue the main company too for this.

This is not a bug is an issue that samsung and knox team not care about and dont see the damage they do except they make every stolen phone functional it simply destroys other business too. So please fix or if you have any fix for those enrolled phones im open since samsung dont want to help since is a known issue on their side for already more than 6 months. I dont want to be mean but if this thing happened on apple for example it would have been solved in like 5 minutes...

Hi! Welcome to the Samsung Members community!

I'm surprised a business doesn't have better contact with Samsung to have to post in the forums… selling their products, I'd assume some sort of communication has been set in place.

Note! These forums are for customers to interact with other Samsung customers, so posting here isn't really worthwhile from a business standpoint. I'd reach out to Samsung directly on such matters.

Trust me guys we really tried as a business... They only say it is a known issue and they dont care, made tickets, wrote to knox team, wrote mails nothing helps. Lets say i post now as a customer that got his phone easily enrolled by a third party simply they not care, i can give 100 imeis that got this thing happened in just a month, gladly the inssurance helped a little.

This sounds like a general android problem. As that's just how frp works. I did see some news that android 15 changes how it works a little but I'm not exact sure what is new.

On a personal note, I think I remember samsung having their own form of frp that I really liked. It was removed a while ago and replaced with the normal android one. Kinda wish I could account lock my phone with samsung as well but hey, they must have a reason.

So knox was used for frp. Now it isn't and it uses the default android system

Knox should be a security solution not a security breach but if they not care better not ask money for it and say ok breach our devices using our tools is free come... Used to love knox till s21 series but now is a nightmare
