Samsung doesn't return my device

Hi guys!

I have a big problem with Samsung. After J received the quote for repair they were forcing on me I requested the device to be returned. 

I requested return on 22st September. I emailed 3 different emails. For week no response at all.

I emailed again same emails. Responded it will be with me within 3 to 5 days. That was 7 days ago. 

Now repair team says I should phone repair team to get update of my repair....

Is this some kind of joke?

Any advice who should I report it to? I have no idea where my phone is and when I will get it back . Nobody tells me anything.

I would follow Samsungs advice and ring the department so I'm following their instructions to the letter in order to receive my phone back.

Then I couldn't be brought to task of not following any relevant routes.

I did it and they said they didt have my device as I requested to send it back.
I had the manager to phone me and she was great and she could not understand what is going on and why. So she will check it tomorrow.
