I got the s21 plus on release do I get samsung care with it

Only if you paid extra for the Samsung care.  

When I purchased my S21 ultra in January pre-release window, I paid for the 2 years of Samsung care with it... This costed an additional £127.20 for 2 years support, but this was a reduced price by 20% from the normal costs of £159.
