S9 SM-G960U still doesn't get android pie update

My Galaxy S9 is an unlocked version without any service provider. When checking the software update, it always shows "the latest updates have already been installed". But my android version is still 8.0.0. Is there any way that I can get android pie for my S9.

Was the phone directly purchased from Samsung or was it purchased via a re seller @whelement  ?

Also is the phone being used in the country it was released in or has it been imported ?

If an update is not available in the phones software update section then try using the Smartswitch option to see if an update is available there.

A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre maybe able to flash it for you to get the latest update on the phone.

Did you try the smart switch app ? If not, install on PC and phone and try it.

I have same problem, i did install smartswitch on PC and it says my device is not supported...
