S9 Lock screen password keypad shows when Phone rings - Have to unlock to see who is ringing -how do i get rid

Hello

When i get an incoming call the Lock screen keypad to unlock the phone shows over the top of the Incoming call and i am unable to answer the phone unless i unlock the phone first

Same here. Can't dismiss alarm or answer calls without unlocking phone. I've changed the keyboard app, changed the screen lock type, and nothing works. Please help! And the keyboard shows on the easy screen turn on option too!!!

@jackalg1: As a workaround you can open the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Answering and Ending Calls > Press Volume Up to Answer Calls. Not ideal I know, but will bypass the need to unlock the phone first.

A12 & A51 as well, they want my phone to repair after speaking tp me likw q brat thayd done it.... Fliight modes gone off finqlly . Samsung have gone downhill, there customer service aint roo great either
