S9+ Going To Sleep Android 10

Hi there. Recently updated to Android 10 but now while watching Prime Video or Sky Go the screen and phone will go to sleep. Previously while you were watching something the phone would remain awake. Its very annoying. Can anyone offer any help?

I believe a person can add apps to the exception rule to not go to sleep.

Look in Settings ,Device Care, Battery, App Power Management , Apps that won't be put to sleep , Tap on Add Apps.

Hi. Thanks for the reply. I have tried that for both prime video and sky but phone is still going to sleep. Have even tried an app that is meant to keep the phone awake 🙄 When I go into apps, then prime video for example and look away all permissions I can see there is a permission to prevent the phone itself from sleeping but can't for the life of me find how to toggle that permission on 😪😪
