S21 will not update to Android 14

Samsung says it was pushed out May4, 2024 in the US and my phone still says it's up to date on Android 13.  I have tried the Smart Switch app on PC with the same result.  Any help is much appreciated!

It depends on where you purchased your handset and if its region locked.

Are you based in the UK? If not, then you're probably best posting to your local community where you will receive a more tailored response.
