Hello,
three days ago I have received the update to Android 12 on my Galaxy S21 5G and, since then, the phone is almost unusable to make phone calls
Both sims reset themselves periodically, within minutes, dropping the network and any phone call in progress.
After trying to reset the network settings, the phone has started to request the pin for the sims at each reset, so I had to disable it. Keeping one or the other sim active only isn't changing the behaviour.
The diagnostic on the phone doesn't detect any issue even if run while the network is down.
Does anyone incurred in the same issue or found any solution? The phone is 3 months old...

I have tried all things of this page because pixel 6 and S21 have same modem and soc . I try the lastest things of this page and I will see tomorrow if I have drop or not.

Just installed the Jan-22 update, unfortunately the network rest issue is still there. Using dual sim, the issue keeps happening every now and then, if using single sim, it comes maybe once or twice a day. 😔

So. I just received an update on my phone. As of the moment it looks like the phone is working again, but there is a catch, at least for me. I am only able to use the Sim Card slot 2 ( SIM2 ) and only have two bars on my network. For now it seems to be working fine. I tried to use SIM1. The network reception was then good, all bars activated, but when using SIM1 the phone goes back to flickering the Flightmode button ( on and off all the time ) consequently I loose the network reception. Ideally I want to use SIM1 because then I received full network reception, so I am hoping that the next update will fix that.

For me, it is the other way around, Sim1 works fine, moment I switch on sim2, the flickering starts, but then there are times when both sims work together and then when I'm using Sim1, I do see sometimes resets, like once every two to three days. It's weird that Samsung still hasn't acknowledged the issue 😞

well, it's not much of "working", if you can't use both sims... Which version have you received? I see that the next one should be CVA4 with UI 4.1, but it's still a few weeks away from what I have heard. Have you got BULF?
I am still on Android 11 and everything works fine, but I have to say that I have seen once, for the first time, the same glitch happening also with this version. Maybe it was just that -a glitch-, but it makes me wonder if, after all, there is really something not working as it should in the hardware...
