Its shocking that phones brought from samsung deliver the promotional buds with the phone, yet an offer claimed from ee can take up to 45 days,

The tracker page doesnt work and validating proof of purchase is a nightmare, has anybody actually recieved there buds from the claim yet? Probably waiting for refurbs to send out.

I'm having hard time with this process, my provider has phone on backorder. I'll get phone in 3-5 weeks, which means I wont be able to get evoucher in time even though I pre-ordered the phone. I asked my provider and they said I wont get a bill of sale until it gets shipped. Anyone else in similar predicament?

1 hour after posting the above I got the email to say my claim was successful and the gifts would be coming within 45 days.
