Hi, I have a S21 Ultra since late January, I had issues in the past but now since the last Update 3 days ago My Mobile Network stopped working, I have an (Ø) symbol not even empty bars, the SIM card works great on other devices, but non SIM card works on this device, I tried reseting the network settings, Wiped cache partition, factory reset, airplane mode on and Off, looks like the antenna stopped working completely, not a single SIM card works on this device.

I have Wifi connection but is not what I bought this phone for, I want network service, is there any other solution I can try?

You can wait forever. Your mainboard needs to be replaced.

For those who are still waiting for an update to fix this issue, THIS IS A HARDWARE ISSUE AND CAN'T BE FIXED WITH SOFTWARE UPDATE. I had the same issue and ended up replacing the mainboard under the warranty.  Again,  THERE'S NO SOFTWARE TO FIX THIS

I know that the motherboard replacement is what they do, but it's stupid. The motherboard works on android 11, I went back and the phone is fine.
Anyway, it is really bad that Samsung doesn't answer, also one of the repair center tried to get some answer from them and they never replied.

Had two rounds of repair, network still ***** on my phone. Vodafone made no effort whatsoever to fix it. They sent it back as it were. Samsung itself removed a cable and the sim card tray. The internet access is still extremely unstable.

ROUND 3 here we go.

They need to replace your mainboard. You must insist on that!

So I followed your advice, insisted on the mainboard to be looked at. The Samsung service center called me and told me that my device was "working to manufacture specification". Even though during the previous visit to the repair centre they replaced my bottom connectors, and sim tray this THIRD time my phone visited a repair center they could not believe that I experienced any sort of networking issues.

I am getting quite desperate. My plan is to put a sim card in this phone and my previous phone, start a twitch stream on both, show how this phone loses mobile network connection while the other is completely stable, then swap sim cards, demonstrate how it is the same regardless of sim cards and network providers, VIDEO THIS WHOLE ORDEAL and then go back to Samsung. I need two simcards, and a third devices to do this. To prove that I am experiencing issues.

Someone please put me out of my misery. I even considered trading in this phone and upgrading within my plan just to get rid of this pile of shite.

Yeah im frazzled as how this mainboard got screwed up if that is what is going on with mine too. The problem i have is there no service center near so lets see what happens tomorrow when I contact them over my claim filed. I hope they end up recalling these i feel bad for those with no warranty at all.  I am even nervous about upgrading to the 22 honestly... I been a Galaxy girl since begining, never had issue like this. Oh, and best part I cant even Factory reset it. LOL  Screw updates from now on to. This really is 3rd time on this phone its happened, last 2 times was new sim and fixed now no luck.  Ugh, i just wanna get on my Tik Tok ( joke) can anyone access thier VM either? cause that i cant do too.
