Since installing the 1st September 2023 update I've had issues with background data, most notably with WhatsApp. If I'm not on Wifi, I don't get new messages until I actually go into the app. I've checked that the background data usage is selected for that app (turned the option off then on again) but it hasn't helped. Other apps are affected too, not just WhatsApp. Has anyone else noticed this?
