S21 UI 4 Update Call Issues

I bought unlock S21 From US. And got UI 4 update in India. After update my incoming and outgoing calls stopped. Though mobile data still works.. Reliance JIO is the carrier in India..I tried updating to eSIM but even that didn't work...#android12

I am facing the same issue with Jio.  Calls/Text don't work but mobile data works fine.  Basic troubleshooting did not help.
Note:  Tried using Airtel sim, works as usual after the update.
Device: Unlocked S21 5G from the US
Sim: Jio 4G

Would appreciate any help with the issue.
