S21 some sounds don't come out of bottom speaker

Help needed,  when watching a video some sounds do not come out of the bottom speaker, like voice overs.  When using messenger video the sound volume only comes from the top speaker but not the bottom so the result is really low  sound. Any help?

@Val47: Please try heading to Settings > Sounds and Vibration > Sound Quality and Effects > Dolby Atmos > On, to see if you notice an improvement. If not, press and hold on the Samsung Members app icon > Diagnostics > Speaker, and run through the on screen instructions. Do you notice any issues with the bottom speaker during the test?
