S21 restarting randomy

I received my new phone at the end of September, mid October my phone started to randomly restart. This can happen when I am using the phone, and when I am not.  The phone isn't hot. I have had no new apps installed, so must be an issue with the device. I contacted support who told me to do a factory reset but I don't have another device to back it up! It is so frustrated that I upgraded from a perfectly good phone to then receive a faulty one?

Any fixes? My phone is brand new so it's so frustrating! I have cleared cache partition and still same issue!

Take it back to where u got it from, its a manufacturing fault. I had the same issue.. took it back and got a new 1 which works perfectly. Apparently its a fault with a chip some of the s20/21 ranges use.. no amount of resetting, cache clearing etc will help I'm afraid. Its naughty cos samsung refuse to recognise the fault even though its well documented in numerous forums. I took screenshots of lots of different t threads with the same issue and threatened to take action with the ombudsman.. thankfully they gave in and replaced my handset, but you shouldn't have to go that far! 😡
