S21 gets hot - closes multi-window

When I am video calling and simultaneously browsing the web, my phone keeps over-heating and closing the small multi-window video feed. The brightness is always below 40%, I have very few apps open, and am indoors away from direct sunlight. The phone is brand new, can anyone assist?

I have the same problem...and this device is replaced...i had the same problem with the first s21 ultra besides a problem with the main camera...so its not the device itself...is for all s21 ultra. Samsung should do something

I turned off the 120hz feature.  I am guessing that is the reason.

I'm having the same issue and I traded in my S10 for the s21 5G from T-Mobile that's who I am with so I have a T-Mobile one like you were saying too I wonder how many other people have a T-Mobile one that has this issue

I have a s20 fe with Exynos, and even after switching to 60Hz instead of 120 it didn't worked

All those reports of overheating and samsung are denying there's an issue with the s21 😔 it will probably take someone getting injured for samsung to admit there's a problem

Same problem in 2022. Multi windows always crashes even when the phone is "cold" on the S20 FE.
