S21 freezing and restarting since 3rd August 2024

Dear Samsung Community,

In the morning of the 3rd of August 2024, my S21 Ultra is no more usable as the phone systematically:

- freezes,

- gets hot,

- then reboots.

When it reboots, sometimes before the SIM code part, I have the One UI transition telling me it is optimizing applications til 100%.

I tried everything I found on Internet (wipe cash, safe mode...even putting the phone in the fridge to cool it...) but nothing works.

What should I do? I am really desperate...

Yes the cache wiping in recovery mode didn't work at all...

Well didnt want to factory reset...dont wanna rebuild my phone and transfer data + reupload data....my phone was well working with everything well set.

Sometimes helps the factory reset. I know is a headache

Ty Ferenc...i guess if i dont find any solution thats what I ll do.

Im pretty sure its the last One Ui security update which has a conflict with an installed app. 

If i find a solution, i ll keep posted on the thread. Have a nice day Ferenc!

Hello,

Well not yet...it got worse actually as many reboot made my phone requiring 24h before new restart.

I am verh disapoointed, I also tried the Good Guardians and performed a check on the apps to identify the potential conflict but nothing worked. 

I'm still trying. I have been with Samsung for more than a decade since the S2. I guess I'm going for an Android rom stock Pixel next time.

This update is very too disappointing. 

I keep you inform if I find a way to solve this issue.
