S21 FE network connectivity issues after update.

Ever since the last security update my phone had been having connectively issues. Calling and SMS is fine, its just data where the internet stops for a minute before working again. This happens with my other SIM cards too. I am not able to sustain 5G connection too, which wasn't the case before the update. I tried network reset and tried a factory reset and all the trouble which comes with it and still no luck. This started happening during an update I got on earlier November and I got another update yesterday (26th Nov security update for Nov) but that also didn't seem to fix it. Does anyone else have this trouble and could anyone help me with it? Thanks!

After 2 service centre visit the issue still has not been resolved. I tried a research of my own. S21Fe officially have n78 band i.e. 3500mhz. but with jio5g they have enabled n77 i.e. 3700mhz band. Now the other sim i.e. airtel also works on 3500mhz band and doesn't work on 3700mhz band. So when the second sim tries to connect to n78 it doesnot connect and goes to emergency mode with both sim . Jio has been optimised for 3700 i.e. n77 but airtel is not. And samsung is not unlocking n78 don't know why. This might be major issue with all devices having such dual sim problem. This info has been generated with netmonster app and one other app.

I've been facing the same ever since i updated the software.  Once I use 5g , I will be able to use the net for few mints and automatically the network goes off and comes back again after 5-10 second.  This gives me headache.  Are You still facing the same issue or is it solved now? Please help.

Samsung don't give a sfhit about this forum. Multiple reports isn't enough for them to get official statement if they plan to patch this. Since this issue is known from long time then either they are unable to fix it or they don't care.

Only way to have some how stable internet connection on thins peace-of-sfhit-phone is to disable 5G. There is a great chance that LTE+ will be working stable as it is for me. If you have any possibility to return this phone then just don't waste time here and just do it.

Still facing the same issue...don't know what to do now...only option left is to either try service centre in a city(I am from small town) or just buy another mobile having atleast 10 5g bands .

Yeah it is very absurd knowing it doesn't matter if we just scream our heart out in this forum...they aren't fixing it. Waste of time

Yes. I'm still facing the same issue. I contacted Samsung once again to get assistance. Same instructions reset mobile network. The representative was really nice and she tried to help as best as she could. This issue is very nerve-wracking. I'm going to order another phone.

Since my phone has updated the last few times I have trouble calling or texting anybody else that has a Samsung phone I can text my neighbor fine but my ex-husband is 30 miles away and has a different carrier but we have the same phone and I can't never get through to him I have to constantly restart my phone which is very aggravating
