S21 can't scroll down pages

I have problem last week. When I open posted page in Facebook for example I cannot scroll down.. every time i scroll down the page jump up at the top.. i read other ppl have this problem also but I dont see solution. Some pages goes down after 10 clicks, some dosnt go down at all so I cannot read them. Im so tired of this broken by default camera phone really. Is there any solution for that, or I can try again send it back to Samsung because I hate this phone really totally waste of money. Thank u

I had this on my phone with YouTube, I fixed it by restarting my phone. Try that maybe

Nothing works now it's even worse I cannot scroll down pages I open In Facebook for example it goes up at the top automatic even if I click 50 times
