I’ve had this S21 for less than 6 months and in the last week, it seems to be developing increasingly more severe issues in general with crashing.
At first the phone was restarting randomly, or twice a day. Now it’s several times a day. This can happen when it’s in my pocket, when I’m using it doing something low maintenance or high maintenance. The phone does not slow down or show signs of strain before restarts, and it isn’t hot either.
Now, many apps are completely unstable and can only run for a few seconds before inevitably crashing. While using my phone, I will get brief flashes of the "this app is not responding" pop-up for the apps that don’t work, regardless if I’ve "force stopped" them or not. Ecosia pages often crash so the app would not run - it seems I now have only half of the apps functions working properly.
In the last couple hours, I am now getting apps disappearing, more restarts (that can take a long time) and some functions e.g. widgets don’t tend to work. Things like my default keyboard and browser are also being changed in the background.
Safe mode does nothing to fix it, nor does any kind of restart.
I’m worried this may be a hard reset kind of problem unless it’s a known issue with S21s?

Unfortunately neither of these options has worked…
Based on the variety of issues I wonder if this is more on the OS end than anything else

I'm having the exact same problem. I did all the steps including factoring reset and run Malwarebytes without result. Hon did your problem end?

If the issue still continues after a factory reset, the phone may need an inspection. However, before you travel down this path, I would definitely advise sending in an error report via the Samsung Members app, so that our engineers can look into this to check whether it is a software issue or not. You can do this by opening the Samsung Members app > Get help > Error reports. When sending this in, please be sure to attach an error log, alongside a detailed entry of the issue.
