Good evening! I own a Galaxy S20FE, and I am facing a very disturbing but also annoying problem. Indeed, my device heats up at the back (right next to the camera) very quickly. The battery of this one also drains very quickly. 4h30 maximum of SOT ... I do not know what to do, I have already tried the reset, the 60hz mode, energy saving .. I apparently saw on an article, that the overheating and battery problems would be corrected in the next update i don't know if this is true? PS: However, when I let a video loop, it could last 10 hours easily, but using it the battery drains very quickly.

I have the same issue. I purchased the phone a few months ago, was sitting in the drawer as I had another phone to use. I'm with the phone for a week now and my phone is always hot, with no battery and lagging.
Hey @Samsung, when you will fix your mess?

Try to update phone software. After you updated to android 11 it will get better. The heat will still there at first but it's way better. After using it for a week your phone should be okay (no excessive heat anymore).

As a troble shooter you don't actually give any decent advice, I agree with the previous comments. This is like the apple devices that when a new version is realised the old model seems to have issues that drain the battery

Again you offer no advise. As a troubleshooting goes you aren't offering any useful advice
