My S20 FE keeps going into a software loop where I can sometimes change screens but it will not permit me to power off or restart. I have had to wait for the battery to run down and then I can switch on again and the problem has gone away. This keeps happening. I can receive calls but can't answer them. Would a "factory reset" possibly cure the problem?
