S20 FE 5G Wifi calling missing.

Have a Samsung S20 FE 5G on Vodafone (UK) with WiFi Calling enabled at network provider end but no option is showing up for me to enable it on phone. I have tried all the guides I can find online but no matter where I look the option is not there. I have reset network settings, turned it off and on again at network end and done same with phone. I'm losing the will to live with these now. Please someone help.

My Note10+ has WiFi Calling on Vodafone network but phone was purchased sim free from another source so does not have Vodafone firmware

Done that. The option isn't there.

They do state there is no guarantee that a device not purchased from Vodafone may not work. Perhaps some devices may need Vodafone firmware?

I think WiFi calling only becomes available on one bar signal or no signal..

I've had the same issue, apparently it's a Samsung issue and you need to do a factory reset to make the button appear. This what I've just been told by Vodaphones online technical people.

Funny because everyone else says it's a Vodafone issue except Vodafone. Hopefully it works on BT Mobile as I am getting a bit annoyed with Vodafone and their limitations. Haven't the time to call them for the 3rd time to get them to send non existing settings to my phones. Shame

Hello. I had EXACT same issue as you... 
After speaking to Vodafone (Business) support, eventually got it working! It was their side, they had to do something... Dont let them fob you off....

To TEST the functionality, once Voda say its enabled, turn on FLIGHT MODE then turn on Wifi. It should then activate.

Swipe down on your phone screen then swipe down again, you should then see the function buttons. Look though the pages to see a phone sign with a wifi sign on it, if not highlighted press it to highlight. Done
