s10 android 11 update-wifi is not working anymore

i just updated my s10 with android 11. after update my s10 cannot connect to wifi anymore.

someone with same experience/ solution?

Welcome to the club....hope you figure it out because I took weeks before giving up and buying a newer phone....I think the lack of support or even a root cause on here from Samsung shows that is their end game....for you to buy a new phone instead....not much better than what Apple would do too anyway.

Why is this thread marked resolved when it's not solved ? The solution mark as correct solution does not work.

Today is June 17th, 2021 and this issue happened to me 2 days ago when I got forced to download  the new update.

I'm stuck without wifi and rapidly draining my 4G service.

CAN MODS stop deleting my thread and posts??? 

CAN Anyone from Samsung help???

It's solved for original poster apparently though so this thread is marked solved....didn't work for me though...did you try CACHE PARTITION CLEAR? That worked for me for about 5mins each time....factory reset also seemed to work before I restored my phone but went right back to same issue after.

I don't know what cache partition clear means. I searched in settings and such an option is not found.

Shutting the phone off completely and back on worked for me last night but  today it stopped and I had to shut down wait and turn back on and it works. 

Will see if it works tomorrow or stops.

My issue may be different, when the issue happens, my phone does not show any wifi whatsoever in the wifi section and circle is spinning and no search button as Samsung removed it. The list is just blank.

My issue was like yours more than the original poster on this thread. Search CACHE PARTITION CLEAR on this site and it shows how. If I remember you need to power up in Safe Mode to do it. In my case, like yours, I had no wifi networks showing and constant circle spinning but the aforementioned CLEAR would only bring them back for about 5mins before I had issue again.

With setting did you change in your access point? The randomized MAC setting didn't work for me.

Pain in the bum, never updating ever again....

1) you have to ForceStop. "Wi fi direct".

WifiDirect Must be done first.!!!!

2) you have to stop *appThatWorksOverInternet*(youtube insta, fileDownloader,Browser etc ).

HowTo ForceStop:

Goto Settings> apps . show system apps . find "wi fi direct""".  >>> ForceStop

This seems like happening on android 11.

İf your phone is old enough. You might find official samsung rom with Android 10 on sammobile

. Fcking samsung .wont buy phone from them again.  İ wanna break this phone.
