Restricted outgoing calls for Galaxy A21s after update

My phone had a big update yesterday now calls to all numbers are met with the message "this number is restricted on this phone please contact customer cage agent"

Any thoughts?

@Members_XVOUwLe: Please can you try heading to the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Supplementary services > Call barring > All outgoing calls, and toggle this off if it is enabled. Furthermore, head to Settings > Connections > Flight mode, and disable this feature if it's active. You might also wish to reach out to your network provider directly to see if there are any restrictions in place on your account, or any issues with the service in your area.

Hi. When I do that, my phone ask me for unblock code restrictions, but, I tried with 0000 and other codes and no working. Do you have any idea? Thanks
