[Query] How to disable Play Games syncing?

Hiya, hope everyone doing well.

Of late I have started getting this notification from Play Games which says "Syncing games progress with play games". This shows up almost every 10-15 mins.

Any idea from where I can disable this syncing thing for Play Games? I didn't find anything in Play Games. Also cleared the cache/storage for Play Games, still getting this pesky notification.

that's controlled in the game itself rather than Play Games. The best way to stop it is sign out from Play Games in the affected game and then inform the game developer of what is happening so they can fix it hopefully in a future update

Thanks for your response. I just had 4 games installed with Play Games not signed in. I have uninstalled all the games and yet I am getting this notification 🙁
