POOR Sound Quality S21 Ultra

Received the S21 Ultra.  The sound quality is TERRIBLE.  The in call volume is maximized and I can barely here the other person.  I am in a quite room in my home and I can't use the phone.  I have young ears and do not wear earbuds so my hearing is great.  It seems that Samsung has focused on building a Camera with tons of features and Left Off any real PHONE enhancements.  It seems that they have removed phone capabilities but added extra weight for camera quality. I need a Quality Phone. Not a $1400 camera.  @Samsung you need to either push an update quickly to people stating this as an issue or replace our phones immediately. This is unacceptable. In the automotive industry this would be considered a Lemon and would be the responsibility of the manufacture to fix/replace.  You have "taken" our money for a cell phone and the phone quality is less than even the S4, S7, S8......

do the voices sound rattley at low pitches or muffled or is it just volume that's the issue?

LONG LONG Chat with Samsung: Useless.  Basically, return the phone. They have NO solution.

Im super disappointed in the sound quality. Even at full blast I cant hear very well on the phone or listening to playback on anything online. For some reason the ringer and alarm is unbelievably loud though. To talk on the phone I have to put it on speaker and find a quiet space to be able to hear. Frustrating for sure

Hi, I used the attached EQ customized settings and used sound beautified app from play store. As a LG fan, I felt OK with these settings!
