OK, this might be why you can't get updates, to be able to pull the correct update from Samsung servers, the phone needs network connection to check what Country the phone is being used in.

I would suggest getting a pay as you go sim card from supermarket or something and activating it. Or borrow a family or friends sim card to put in your phone and then try.

I have access to the internet but I think I understand what you want to tell me, it just doesn't work, I've tried many options. I gave a software reset, I deleted my memory but in vain. According to it, worse than I gave a software reset, it disconnects me from the mobile network. Thanks for trying to help me. but I think I'm getting beat up. I'm not doing anything, I'll leave it like that. or maybe I'll give it another software reset

Is there any possibility your phone has been blocked? Have you owned it from new?

If you aren't getting any network signal, you could try putting the sim card in sim tray 2 or try a different sim card to see if the sim card is the problem or maybe its the phone.

You could leave it as it is but your phone won't be receiving important security updates.

That's Google play system update . Nothing to do with Android 13 update.
